the location was very central and handy to restaurants. the hotel has been refurbished and includes a telephone in the room.
the bed sheets didn't reach to the end of the bed I noticed. the tv on the wall didn't work it was small.

The location is very central with convenient access. The hotel is close to Piccadilly Station, just a short walk. I found this accessibility especially useful for my travel needs. The staff helped me check in early and provide a great price.
The room felt rather warm, and I could not control the temperature. The provided fan did very little to improve the situation. This made sleeping difficult.

Check-in was quick and easy. The location proved convenient. I was just minutes from key attractions and the train station. The room was clean. It had a tidy feel. The beds were also quite comfortable.
The vending machines near the lobby were out of order and took my money without delivering the snacks I selected.

the location is great! all amenities are nearby this hotel. i really liked that staff was helpful. the rooms are a good size too and felt spacious.
the fire alarm went off . it was a bit unsettling since there seemed to be some confusion initially.

Fantastic Central Stay!
professional officer clean shower super clean kettle
The tall, BLACK security officer was very professional. My room had a clean, powerful shower and a bathtub. I found plenty of tea, coffee, and super clean kettle. The cleaning staff were attentive. They are doing a great job, ABSOLUTELY! I would return.
Pillows were too firm. This made it hard to sleep.

The hotel provides a bathtub in each room. This adds value to the room. A hairdryer, fan, and plentiful supply of towels were also available. These amenities allow for more comfort .

Breakfast was available for under a tenner. I enjoyed it in the breakfast area downstairs. There was a good selection of options available. I found the area very CLEAN. The bar stays open late.
